That's exactly who the program is built for. Training, nutrition and habits are designed around a demanding 9–5 — not the other way around.

Do I need gym experience?

No. Your plan is built from your current level, and our physiotherapist screens movement early so you progress safely.

How is coaching delivered?

Everything runs through the FitNSet app — your program, tracking, and direct communication — plus weekly check-ins and a monthly 1:1 call.

What happens after the 120 days?

You keep the system. The goal is a disciplined lifestyle that lasts beyond the program, not a temporary peak.
